When you are on the stage..There are certain things that are known via experience in ministry.As a younger christian,not even a pastor ,I learnt from our mentor and trainer then, how those who climb the stage to either preach or Minister immediately become a target of the devil.I didn't really understand then, which is normal with things about ministry,when you aren't in the field many things won't be clear to you .Later years ,when I considered how Jesus wasn't a target of the devil till the wise men informed Herod.He had been born two years till that experience.Again,Satan was unaware till john publicly identifies him at the river Jordan.Same with Saul of Tarsus.I also have since noticed that the moment any one is praised or commended, somehow Satan goes after himEither via accusations or The very fellow allows the "stage " get into his head .I mean ordinary having your face on your church magazine cover .Being Used as an illustration by your pastor .Cited by your leader As a good example etcSomething usually happens after.I have seen this so real .It brings back the same lesson I learnt ,years after I was told back then.Anyone who gets on the stage requires much praying for,Whilst he also needs more caution and discretion and humility.Every experienced ( not oratorical) pastor knows this.Satan comes after ALL good examples real or imagined.He's that devious, petty and desperate.We thus prayJune 7,2020 ...
